1. The standard we work to
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This covers the public website at app.enbtechnologies.com, the pages your subscribers see (signup forms, confirmation, unsubscribe and preference pages, invoices and receipts) and the app you sign in to.
In practice this means: every control can be reached and used with a keyboard; pages have proper headings, labels and link text so screen readers can describe them; text and backgrounds have enough contrast; nothing depends on colour alone; the app works at 200% zoom and on a phone; and there is no flashing content.
2. How accessible we are today
We believe the website and the subscriber-facing pages meet WCAG 2.2 AA, and the app partially meets it. We test with the keyboard, with VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone and with browser zoom, and we check contrast and labels with automated tools when we release new screens. This statement is reviewed when we make significant changes and at least once a year.
3. Known limits
- Drag-and-drop email editor. Blocks can be moved with the mouse or touch; a keyboard-only way to reorder blocks is still being built. Every email can also be written as plain text or HTML.
- Charts in reports. Open, click and revenue charts have the same numbers in a table beside them, but the charts themselves are not described in detail.
- PDF invoices. Invoices are generated as untagged PDFs. The same invoice is always available as an accessible web page (the link in the email), and the amounts are in the email itself.
- Documents customers upload. Attachments and images that a business adds to its own emails are the business's responsibility; we cannot make them accessible for them.
4. Emails our customers send
Businesses use our platform to send their own emails. We help them do this accessibly: every template uses real text rather than images of text, has a plain-text version, asks for alternative text on images, keeps a readable font size and includes a text unsubscribe link. The content of each email remains the sending business's responsibility.
5. Tell us about a problem
If you cannot use part of our site or platform, or you need information in another format (for example large print or plain text), please tell us. Email info@enbtechnologies.com with the subject “Accessibility problem”, or call or WhatsApp +234 902 730 1128. Say which page or screen you were on and what went wrong. We reply within 3 working days and aim to fix problems that stop you completing a task within 10 working days.
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (Nigeria) or the equivalent body in your country.
