Built for how Nigerian businesses get paid
Most Nigerian customers pay by bank transfer, often in parts. ENB puts your bank name, account name and account number on every invoice in a clear "How to pay" box with a QR code that opens the online copy. Customers can tap "I've paid" on the invoice page; you confirm it when the money shows in your account, and the receipt goes out automatically. Deposits and balances are tracked, so you always know what's left on an aso-ebi order, a catering job or a term's school fees.
TIN, VAT and credit notes
- TIN: add your Tax ID once in invoice settings and it shows on every invoice. If you add it later, it also appears on invoices you already issued.
- VAT: Nigeria's standard VAT rate is 7.5%. You set your tax name and rate (VAT at 7.5% for most VAT-registered businesses, or 0 if you don't charge VAT), and tax is worked out after any discount. Our free VAT calculator shows the maths.
- Credit notes: never edit or delete an issued invoice. Issue a full or partial credit note instead, so your records stay honest and your numbering has no gaps. Unpaid invoices can be voided.
- Currencies: invoice in naira or in GHS, KES, ZAR, USD, GBP, EUR and other common currencies.
Recurring invoices
Rent, retainers, subscriptions and school fees can repeat weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and be emailed to the customer automatically when they're created.

Is the invoicing software free?
Yes. Invoices, quotes, receipts and credit notes are included on the free plan, with no limit on the number of invoices.
Does it add VAT at 7.5%?
You set the tax name and rate in invoice settings. Most VAT-registered Nigerian businesses use VAT at 7.5%; if you don't charge VAT, leave it at 0.
Can I put my TIN on invoices?
Yes. Add your Tax ID in invoice settings and it appears on every invoice.
How do I send an invoice on WhatsApp?
Open the invoice and tap Share, then WhatsApp: WhatsApp opens on your phone with a message and the invoice link ready to send. This is on paid plans; emailing invoices is on every plan.
Can I correct an invoice after sending it?
Issued invoices are locked so your records stay trustworthy. Issue a credit note for the amount to correct, then a new invoice if needed. Drafts can be edited freely.
