Email campaigns

Email marketing software built for Nigerian small businesses

Newsletters, offers and follow-ups that land in the inbox, sent from your business name, with replies going straight to your own Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.

In short: ENB is an email marketing app for small businesses in Nigeria. You import or collect your customers' email addresses, pick one of more than a hundred ready-made designs, and send a campaign that goes out through Amazon SES with SPF, DKIM and DMARC already set up. You do not need a website or a company email address, and the free plan includes 1,000 emails a month.

No domain needed to start

Most small businesses use Gmail or Yahoo. Campaigns go out from our authenticated sending domain under your business name, and Reply-To is your own address, so customer replies come to you.

100+ ready-made designs

Offers, new arrivals, newsletters, events, festive seasons, receipts and follow-ups, edited with drag and drop on a phone or computer.

Reports in plain English

Opens, clicks, the links people tapped, unsubscribes and bounces for every campaign, plus one-tap resend to people who didn't open.

A/B testing

Test two subject lines or designs on part of your list; the winner by opens or clicks goes to everyone else automatically.

Schedule for later

Write tonight, send at 9am tomorrow. Scheduled campaigns can be paused or cancelled.

Your own domain when you're ready

Add yourbusiness.com and send as you@yourbusiness.com: the app gives you the DNS records to copy and checks them for you.

How it works

  1. Create a free account with your email address. No card is needed.
  2. Add customers from a CSV file or collect them with a signup form or pop-up.
  3. Choose a design, write your offer, and send now or schedule it.
  4. Check opens and clicks, then resend to people who didn't open.

Why email still works for Nigerian businesses

Social media reach goes up and down with every algorithm change, and you never own your followers. An email list is different: it's yours, it costs very little per message, and a customer who gave you their address has already said they want to hear from you. For shops, salons, schools, caterers and service businesses, a short weekly or fortnightly email about new stock, an offer or useful tips brings repeat customers back far more reliably than a one-off discount post.

What's included

  • Campaigns to a whole list, a tag, or a segment (for example "bought in the last 90 days" or "opened but didn't click").
  • 100+ email templates and a drag-and-drop editor, plus a plain-text version for every email.
  • Personalisation with the customer's name and your own custom fields.
  • A/B tests, scheduling, and resend to non-openers.
  • Automations: welcome series, birthdays, abandoned carts, win-back and follow-ups (see automations).
  • A spam check before you send, and a test send to your own inboxes to see where it lands (see deliverability).
  • One-click unsubscribe in every email, handled automatically.

How sending works without your own domain

Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to authenticate the domain in the From address. A Gmail address can't be authenticated by anyone except Google, so sending campaigns "from" @gmail.com through any marketing service tends to fail or land in spam. ENB solves this by sending from our own authenticated domain with your business name as the sender name, and setting Reply-To to your Gmail. Customers see your name, and their replies reach you. When you add your own domain later, you send as you@yourbusiness.com with full SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Limits and pricing

The free plan includes 1,000 emails a month and up to 500 contacts, and never expires. Paid plans start at ₦3,900 a month and raise the limits (Starter: 9,000 emails and 1,850 contacts; Growth: 49,000 emails and 10,000 contacts; Business: 180,000 emails and 50,000 contacts). New accounts also have a daily sending limit while their reputation builds, which protects your deliverability. Full details are on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send bulk email from Gmail?

Not reliably. Personal Gmail accounts are limited to a few hundred messages a day and aren't built for bulk sending, so large sends get blocked or land in spam. With ENB your campaigns go out through a proper sending service and replies still come to your Gmail.

How much does email marketing cost in Nigeria?

On ENB, nothing to start: the free plan includes 1,000 emails a month. Paid plans are monthly in naira, from ₦3,900, payable by card or bank transfer.

Do my contacts have to opt in?

Yes. Only email people who agreed to hear from you, which is also what Nigeria's data protection law expects. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and unsubscribes are handled for you.

Can I see who opened my email?

Yes. Each campaign shows opens, clicks, which links were tapped, unsubscribes and bounces. Apple Mail and some apps pre-load images, so treat opens as a guide and clicks as the stronger signal.

Can I move my list from Mailchimp or another tool?

Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV file and import it. Email, first name and last name columns are recognised automatically.

Start free today. No card, no website needed.

Email campaigns, invoices, receipts and bookkeeping are on the free plan. Pay in naira only when you grow.
