In short: Deliverability is whether your email reaches the inbox. ENB sends through Amazon SES with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, removes invalid, bounced and unsubscribed addresses before every send, checks each campaign for spam triggers, lets you test where it lands in your own inboxes, supports BIMI so your logo can show next to your emails, and pauses sending automatically if bounces or complaints climb.
List check
Checks every address for typos (gmial.com), domains that can't receive mail, role addresses like info@ and throwaway inboxes, before you send.
Spam check
Scores your campaign: subject line, spammy phrases, link shorteners, too many links, image-heavy layouts, size, and whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass.
Inbox test
Sends the real email to up to 10 of your own test inboxes (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) so you can see if it lands in the inbox, Promotions or spam.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Set up for you on our sending domain; for your own domain, the app gives you the records and checks them.
BIMI logo
Upload your logo as SVG; the app checks it, serves it and tells you what DMARC policy you need.
Reputation guard
If bounces reach 5% or complaints 0.1% over 7 days, sending pauses so one bad list can't ruin your reputation.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI in one minute
- SPF lists which servers may send email for your domain. It's a TXT record in your DNS.
- DKIM adds a digital signature to every email, proving it really came from your domain and wasn't changed.
- DMARC tells inbox providers what to do with mail that fails SPF and DKIM (nothing, spam folder, or reject) and sends you reports.
- BIMI lets Gmail, Yahoo and Apple Mail show your logo next to your emails once DMARC is enforced (quarantine or reject). Gmail also requires a paid certificate (VMC or CMC) for the logo to show.
Since February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to have SPF, DKIM and DMARC, offer one-click unsubscribe and keep spam complaints under 0.3%. ENB covers all of these. Read the plain-English guide: SPF, DKIM and DMARC for small businesses.
Why list cleaning matters
Every email to an address that doesn't exist is a "hard bounce". A few are normal; many tell Gmail you're using an old or bought list. ENB checks addresses before you send, skips invalid ones automatically, and removes hard bounces and complaints for good. The check looks at the address format, the domain and its mail servers, common typos and throwaway providers; it doesn't contact the recipient's mailbox.
Resend to non-openers, carefully
Resending a campaign with a new subject to people who didn't open often lifts results. ENB lets you do it in one tap or automatically after a set number of hours. Use it for important campaigns, not every one, so you don't annoy people.
Frequently asked questions
Why do my emails go to spam?
The usual causes are sending from a personal Gmail, a domain without SPF, DKIM and DMARC, an old or bought list with many bounces, spammy subject lines, or people marking you as spam. Fix the sending setup first, then the list, then the content.
What is an inbox placement test?
Sending a campaign to test inboxes at Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook to see whether it lands in the inbox, Promotions or spam. ENB sends to your own test inboxes and you record where each one landed.
Do I need my own domain for good deliverability?
No. Our shared sending domain is fully authenticated. Your own domain adds trust and lets you use BIMI.
What bounce rate is too high?
Keep hard bounces under 2%. ENB pauses sending at 5% over 7 days to protect your reputation.
