In short: ENB's WhatsApp features (broadcasts with approved templates, two-way chats, invoices and receipts sent on WhatsApp, and WhatsApp steps in automations) are built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform and are part of the paid plans. Connecting a business number is being switched on for new customers while our Meta business verification completes. Today, every paid plan can already share invoices, receipts and payment reminders to WhatsApp from your own phone with one tap.
Broadcasts that follow the rules
Send Meta-approved template messages to customers who opted in to WhatsApp, with scheduling, pause and resume, and read and reply reports.
One inbox for your team
Reply to customer chats from the app, with your team sharing the conversations.
Invoices and receipts on WhatsApp
Send an invoice or receipt link on WhatsApp, or share it from your own phone with the message already written.
WhatsApp in automations
Add WhatsApp steps to welcome, reminder and follow-up flows, with conditions like read or replied.
70+ ready-made templates
Order updates, appointment reminders, offers and payment reminders written to pass Meta's review.
Your number, your brand
You connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta, so customers see your business name.
What works today, and what's coming
We'd rather be clear than oversell. The WhatsApp features are built and tested, and they run on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (the "API"), not on unofficial tools that get numbers banned. Before any business can connect a number through a platform like ours, Meta has to verify the platform's business. Ours is in progress.

WhatsApp Business app vs WhatsApp Business Platform
The free WhatsApp Business app on your phone is perfect for chatting with customers one at a time. It isn't built for sending the same message to hundreds of people: broadcast lists only reach people who saved your number, and sending too many similar messages can get the number restricted. The WhatsApp Business Platform is Meta's official route for businesses that message at scale: messages to people who haven't written to you in the last 24 hours must use a template that Meta approves, and Meta charges a small fee per template message. Read the full comparison in WhatsApp Business vs WhatsApp Business API.
What you'll need
- A phone number that isn't already registered on the WhatsApp app (or that you move from the app to the platform).
- A Facebook account to complete Meta's signup, which takes a few minutes inside ENB.
- Customers who opted in to WhatsApp messages: ENB's signup forms include a WhatsApp opt-in box.
- A paid ENB plan (Starter and above include WhatsApp messages each month).

Frequently asked questions
Can I send WhatsApp broadcasts with ENB today?
Not yet for new customers: connecting a business number switches on once Meta completes our business verification. Sharing invoices and receipts on WhatsApp from your phone works today on paid plans.
Is WhatsApp on the free plan?
No. WhatsApp features are on paid plans (Starter and above). Email, invoices and bookkeeping are on the free plan.
Will my number get banned?
Using the official WhatsApp Business Platform with opted-in customers and approved templates is the route Meta supports. Numbers get restricted mainly for messaging people who didn't agree to it or for many people blocking or reporting you.
Does Meta charge for WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges per template message sent to customers, at rates that depend on the message category and country. Replies inside a 24-hour customer service window are handled differently; check Meta's current pricing.
