What is the ENB business platform?
An app for small businesses that combines email marketing and automations, bulk SMS, invoices, quotes and receipts, simple bookkeeping, contacts and signup forms. It's built and supported by ENB TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (RC 7714368) in Lagos and Owerri, priced in naira, and free to start.
Who is it for?
Small and growing businesses in Nigeria: shops and boutiques, salons, schools, restaurants and caterers, churches and NGOs, clinics and pharmacies, event planners, freelancers and agencies, and online stores.
Do I need a website or a company email?
No. Sign up with Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook. Campaigns go out from our authenticated domain under your business name and replies come to your inbox.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. It never expires and needs no card: 1,000 emails a month and up to 500 contacts, plus invoices, receipts and bookkeeping. SMS is pay per message on every plan.
How do I pay for a plan?
In naira, by card (Paystack) or bank transfer, for 1, 3 or 12 months. A 12-month plan costs the same as 10 months.
Is WhatsApp available?
WhatsApp features are on paid plans. Sharing invoices and receipts to WhatsApp from your phone works today; connecting your own business number for broadcasts and chats switches on once Meta completes our business verification.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in any phone browser and can be installed to your home screen like an app, with shortcuts for a new invoice, money in or out and a new campaign.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite team members as owner, admin, editor or viewer. Editors can prepare campaigns and invoices but only admins can send campaigns, void invoices or change billing. Seats depend on your plan.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is kept separate, sign-in supports two-step verification, and we follow Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA). You can export or delete your data at any time.
Is there an API?
Yes. Paid and free accounts can create API keys for contacts, campaigns, invoices, books and a transactional email API, with limits set by the plan.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your account drops back to the free plan and keeps your contacts, invoices and records.
