In short: Nigerian online stores use ENB to recover abandoned carts: connect Shopify and an automation emails shoppers who left items behind (with the items shown), then follows up by SMS if you like. The same account sends new-arrival campaigns, post-purchase thank-yous and review requests, priced in naira.
How the Shopify connection works
You create a custom app in your Shopify admin with read access to orders and customers, and paste its token into ENB. ENB registers Shopify's checkout and order webhooks (verified with Shopify's signature). When a checkout isn't completed within the time you choose (60 minutes by default), it's marked abandoned and your "cart abandoned" automation starts; carts older than 7 days are ignored. When an order comes in, the "order placed" trigger fires, so thank-you and review flows run on their own. By default, only shoppers who accepted marketing at checkout are added as contacts.
A simple abandoned-cart flow
- After 1 hour: "You left something behind" email with the cart items and a button back to checkout.
- After 24 hours: a reminder answering common worries: delivery time to their state, payment on delivery or transfer, returns.
- After 48 hours (optional): a short SMS to those who didn't open.

Not on Shopify?
Instagram and WhatsApp sellers can still collect customers with a signup form link in the bio, send new-drop emails, and invoice orders with a payment link to their bank details. Bookkeeping tracks sales against stock, ads and logistics.
Frequently asked questions
Does ENB work with Shopify?
Yes. Connect your store with a Shopify custom app token; abandoned checkouts and new orders then trigger your automations.
Can I recover abandoned carts without Shopify?
The automatic cart trigger needs Shopify. Other stores can still send follow-ups using tags, lists or the API.
Will shoppers who didn't opt in get marketing emails?
No. By default only shoppers who accepted marketing at checkout become contacts.
